Anti-Skid Steel Road Plate 2500mm x 1250mm x 15mm

A popular solution within highway agencies, road networks and local authorities, our Anti-Skid Steel Road Plates are used to cover temporary excavations on highways and assist with the flow of traffic when work is not being carried out.

Manufactured from high-strength steel, Anti-Skid Road Plates feature a high-friction surface created by combining hard resin with bauxite aggregate. This textured surface provides far more effective grip when being used by vehicles than standard plain road plates, reducing the concerns of vehicles skidding on the road plates.

All of our Steel Road Plates are supplied with a hole in each corner, which are also known as road plate lifting eyes. This allows plates to be chained for easier handling when placing and removing them. The eyes on the Steel Road Plates are approximately 60mm in diameter and located 50mm from the edge.
