Designed for pedestrian use when covering temporary excavations on small and large groundworks or utility projects, our Ant-Slip Steel Road Plates feature a surface texture created by combining non-slip paint with a fine aggregate.
The Anti-Slip surface gives more grip and friction when compared to standard plain road plates, reducing safety concerns in public areas by decreasing the likelihood of pedestrians from slipping on the road plates.
All of our Steel Road Plates are supplied with a hole in each corner, which are also known as road plate lifting eyes. This allows plates to be chained for easier handling when placing and removing them. The eyes on the Steel Road Plates are approximately 60mm in diameter and located 50mm from the edge.
