Project Requirement
We were contacted by Ashton Golf Club to provide a cost effective and suitable solution that would provide regular access and ground protection whilst the maintenance of the greens, bunkers and fairways were carried out. The system needed to be lightweight and easy to install whilst protecting the ground from any damage of the clubs small plant and machinery.
Solution
We provided the customer with our DuraMatt – Light/Medium Duty Access Mats. The mats are easy to handle by either 1 or 2 people, have a smooth surface on one side specifically designed for work on sensitive ground or on hard standing areas and have connection holes in each corner should they be required. DuraMatt was a great solution and performed much better compared to other alternatives such as plywood.
