Project Requirement
We were contacted by Rok Construction to provide a suitable solution that would provide long term protection of a roadway, whilst construction of a nearby property development was carried out over a 6 month period. The system needed to enable regular access of all medium to lightweight equipment in and out of site as well as every day cars and small vans.
Solution
We provided the customer with our DuraMatt – Light/Medium Duty Access Mats to construct a medium size roadway protecting the tarmac surface from any damage of vehicles moving in and out of the site. The customer ordered over 300 mats for the project which were easily installed by 2-4 personnel on site over a 2 day period. The end result was a happy customer with no damage or reinstatement costs at the end of the project.
