The DiamondTrack Composite Trackout Mat is a cost effective alternative to rock construction zone entrances with a high ROI over its 10 year usage life. It is a portable track out system removes dirt, mud and other debris from the tires of vehicles exiting construction zones, helping reduce clean up costs.
Featuring a distinctive diamond-shaped terrain, it delivers unparalleled strength, durability, and effectiveness towards tyre deformation and sediments dislodgment. The engineering within the top surface allows truck tyres to deform elastically, forcing the sediments off of the tires prior to leaving the site. It can be cleaned and reused on multiple jobsites and reduces the costs of site remediation.
This mat has an extreme amount of bend and flexibility and can bend significantly without breaking or experiencing permanent deformation, ensuring a long working life. At the end of their life, DiamondTrack Composite Trackout Mats can be recycled to create new products.
The DiamondTrack Composite Trackout Mat is designed for a wide variety of different vehicle tyres, and has ultimate crush strength of 20411.6Kg per diamond feature rating of 800 psi, depending on subsurface conditions, so you can trust that it will hold incoming traffic to and from the worksite.
Made of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) with special impact modifiers that incorporate UV resistance and anti-static properties.
