Orthomat Ultimate 1.2m x Linear Metre is the toughest Orthomat anti-fatigue mat that we have available, this is the most durable option compared to others in its range, including Orthomat Premium and Orthomat Comfort Plus.
It’s the perfect solution for a light, cushioned foam with the resilience of a nitrile mat while offering impact cushioning from standing to reduce fatigue.
Orthomat Ultimate also has a unique outer layer that prevents moisture ingress, and the edges are heat sealed for maximum protection. The anti-fatigue mat also has ramped edges to limit the chances of tripping hazards.
Dirt and swarf are also captured in the matting due to its textured pyramid pattern surface, and its high density composition provides additional support and shape recovery.
During tests, the Orthomat Ultimate showed no visible signs of corossion or damage when fully submerged in chemicals, including Castrol Alpha SP 320 Industrial Extreme Pressure Gear Oil and Pac 89 Phosphoric Acid Cleaner.
