Delivery Policy

Please read these Delivery Policy conditions carefully before using the multimatts.co.uk website (the “Service”).
The Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) are operated by MultiMatts Ltd (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

  • Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
  • These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
  • By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
  • If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

After placing your order, we will confirm it along with the chosen delivery location and lead time.

Delivery window

Deliveries are typically made between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) within mainland UK.
We are currently unable to offer timed delivery options.

Signature requirement

In most circumstance, we expect deliveries to require a signature upon receipt.
Please ensure someone over the age of 18 is present to receive the delivery.

Handling and scheduling

Deliveries are kerbside only. The delivery driver is not insured to carry materials inside your property and we suggest having your own offloading equipment for large or heavy items, which can be discussed prior to the delivery date.

We also recommend scheduling tradesmen after confirmation of successful delivery.
We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred due to late deliveries impacting those tradesmen.

Vehicle size and access

Deliveries are made using our preferred transport that varies in size depending on the products to deliver, normally on standard, rigid, curtain-sided vehicles ranging in tonnes. Therefore, we suggest to consider access limitations.
In case of access restrictions or the absence of a recipient during the initial delivery attempt, our distribution points will incur re-delivery and restocking charges, which are determined on an individual basis from us to the customer.


Need to knows for our delivery service

Unfortunately, we will not accept orders with discrepancies between the payment card billing and shipping addresses, which may be subject to cancellation or an insecurely detected transaction. Therefore, please enter your registered payment card address properly during checkout.

Delivery exclusions for orders

Deliveries to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle Of Wight, Anglesey, Isles of Scilly, Western Isles, Orkney Islands, Shetland Islands, Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland, and parts of Scotland with following postal codes may incur additional charges or require a separate delivery quote, when we receive the order: KW, AB, DD, PH19-PH48, ZE, BT, KW, IV, HS, IM, JE, GY, LL, KA, PA, PH, HS, DG9, DG8, SY14-SY25, PO30-PO41, LA11-LA22, CA6-CA28, SA.
We recommend applying for the quotation prior to placing your order for delivery to these areas.

Deliveries can only be made to the address specified in the original online order.
