How to leave feedback?

At any time, although ideally after products have been used on a project, the buyer can review the mat by leaving feedback and choosing a star rating for their experience. All feedback should refer to the product and only be provided in connection with genuine and honest orders.

Once the review is published, your feedback will be approved or declined to be visible on our website with your logged name or the one you entered. This information will remain online indefinitely. If you close your MultiMatts account it will become anonymised. MultiMatts has the right to show or remove feedback at their discretion.

Automatic feedback

MultiMatts can automatically assign star rating to the product if the buyer doesn’t leave feedback after the order is completed.
A low star rating may be assigned to avoid always assigning neutral or positive feedback. For example, if a customer had to cancel an order.

How to edit/delete your review?

You can edit or remove the feedback you left at any time. If you wish to do so, login to press the star rating and edit or remove your feedback.
